Why on earth are you called Mission Catnip Marketing?

In the middle of working one night I looked over at my two silly cats rolling around in catnip. I said to my husband, “I want to be as determined as a cat trying to get to catnip. Initiate Mission Catnip!” We laughed and eventually decided to name our Etsy shop Mission Catnip Jewelry and then my  marketing business, Mission Catnip Marketing. A little odd, but I bet you won’t forget our name!

At Mission Catnip Marketing, we are proud to offer Zendesk as a ticketing system for our clients. Zendesk allows our clients to easily submit support tickets and inquiries to us, which we can then manage and resolve efficiently. This tool helps us to provide timely and effective support to our clients and allows us to track and monitor the status of each ticket to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. We are located in beautiful Northern Virginia. With only a short drive to Washington D.C, we sometimes think we are located in one of the coolest places in the country. Don’t let our location scare you off, we service clients from around the world. Currently, we have clients in California, New York, Colorado and beyond.
